Power quality and energy consumption measurements support energy providers and energy users with information and reporting solutions on energy supply for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Since the number of electronic devices used in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors increases every year and their sensitivity is very high, it is important to monitor not only the total energy consumption but also the quality of the power supplied. In addition, end-users also want to have real-time information about their energy consumption and the quality of the power that they use.
As Aktif Elektroteknik, with our NPM series panel mounted energy analyzers, we aim to provide reliability and sustainability in your systems by monitoring basic parameters such as voltage, current, active, reactive, apparent power in real-time, and also analyzing energy quality with our panel mounted energy analyzers.
The advantages of Panel Mounted Energy Analyzers are as follows;
- Display of current and voltage waveform
- Network / generator tariffs based on time
- Measurement frequency in the range of 30-500 Hz
- Safe usability with MID, RoSH, CE certificates
- Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, Lon-Works, Profibus-DP communication alternatives
- Wide AC, DC supply ranges; without auxiliary supply or 110/230 Vac, 24/48 Vdc auxiliary supply
NPM Panel Mounted Energy Analyzers are used to measure electrical parameters such as current, voltage, power, power factor, frequency, harmonic, etc., and to be made energy measurements. They can be displayed easily even from long distances in low-light environments with their large-sized seven-segment LED displays.
The measured parameters can be transferred to SCADA and energy management systems with various communication interfaces as well as being displayed on the screen. Supported communication interfaces and protocols are RS485 Modbus-RTU, Ethernet Modbus-TCP, Profibus, and Lon-Works.
Devices with Ethernet input Modbus-TCP protocol also have versions with the internal webserver. In this way, without any management software, it can be connected to the device remotely using only an internet browser and instant / historical measurements can be displayed.
NPM Panel Mounted Energy Analyzers can also be connected to industrial PLCs by providing additional analog outputs for communication outputs or pulse outputs for energy consumption.
With the digital input models that you can use optionally, it is possible to monitor the energy consumed from the grid and the generator separately. A reference cable that is taken from your generators can be connected to the tariff change input of the analyzer to detect the operation of the generator and energy consumption during this period can be recorded as generator consumption in a separate consumption section.
