The IMD30 Insulation Monitoring Device continuously monitors the insulation resistance level between phases and ground, detecting insulation faults in the system.
The IMD30 Insulation Monitoring Device is one of the most critical components of IT systems. It continuously monitors the insulation resistance level between phases and ground, identifying insulation faults. Additionally, in compliance with the IEC 60364-7-710 standard, it monitors load current and the temperature of the isolation transformer, initiating the warning system when critical values are reached. The device can provide visual and audible alarms for insulation faults, overcurrent, and excessive transformer temperature, displaying the information both on its LCD screen and through its LED indicators.
