Monoblock Concrete Kiosk refers to SMK transformer and distribution substations manufactured for transformer capacities up to 1600 kVA.
The SMK Monoblock Concrete Kiosk is produced in compliance with type tests conducted by internationally accredited laboratories, the IEC 62271-202 standard, and the TEDAŞ-MLZ/2020-069 regulation.
The SMK monoblock concrete kiosk series is certified with TSE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality standards.
SMK Monoblock Package Substation are manufactured for outdoor applications like substations electricity distribution, factories, hospitals, power generation plants, renewable power plants and port management solutions. Also SMK monoblock concrete kiosks can be used with air insulated SME series modular switchgears and with gas insulated switchgears. In addition, SMK gives opportunity for special usages like for low voltage AC-DC panels, protection and control panels, generator and compensation systems, control and signaling centers, engine feeding panels.
SMK E-House / Monoblock Package Substation consists of two parts including main frame and roof. It is placed on the kiosk ground specially prepared in the site. According to TS 500, compressive strength class of concrete is C35. SMK is compatible for nature. Protection class is IP23D against the water and the dust. Aktif SMK monoblock concrete compact substations can be equipped with fan and air-conditioner as well as natural ventilation according to request. Exterior walls of kiosk are painted with a grainy exterior paint in RAL 9001 and doors are painted with RAL 7035 as standard . It is possible to use different color options according to the project requirements.

How to design SMK series monoblock concrete kiosks?
Dimensioning and design of SMK series monoblock concrete kiosks is made in accordance with TEDAŞ-MLZ/2000-036.C regulation according to MV cubicle, transformer and LV panel dimensions up to 1600 kVA. It is also possible to use such as generator, motor or compensation panels, motor starter panels and the other all types LV panels inside monoblock concrete kiosks.
