Job Description:
- To carry out the task in accordance with the integrated management system policy, objectives, job description and integrated system documents,
- To review the documents for compliance with the system, distribute and control the approved documents, make sure that the current documents are used in the relevant place,
- To follow up and finalize corrective and preventive actions, evaluate DIF requests and open DIF Continuously,
- To ensure coordination with departments within the company and external companies in order to carry out Integrated Management Systems standards more effectively,
- To inform the Senior Management about the functioning of the integrated system, to report KPIs, analysis and statistics,
- To follow up customer complaints,
- To participating in data analysis and improvement studies,
- To work in coordination in case of outsourcing on Occupational Health and Safety / Environment issues,
- To control the training activities, to control the measurement of their reactions, to plan and organize the training according to the training demands, and to make the announcements,
- To ensure that nonconforming product defect reports (KKHR) are kept accurately and completely,
- To check that the Suggestion and Complaint system works effectively, to evaluate the results of suggestion and complaint,
- To ensure that the Environmental Management System is carried out effectively by working in coordination with the Environmental Consultancy firm (Environmental dimensions, risks, control of wastes),
- To follow Accident and Near Miss Statistics, to make sure that they are up-to-date, to participate in near miss and accident investigations.
- To keep the Outsourced Documents List up-to-date,
- To make suggestions to the employer in order to ensure that the selection, supply, use, maintenance, storage and testing of personal protective equipment is carried out in accordance with the occupational health and safety legislation and general occupational safety rules,
- To notify the employer in writing about the measures to be taken regarding occupational health and safety.
- To investigate the causes of work accidents and occupational diseases that occur in the workplace and to make suggestions to the employer by working on the measures to be taken to prevent their recurrence,
- To investigate the causes of events that occur in the workplace but do not cause death or injury, but have the potential to harm the employee, equipment or workplace, and make suggestions to the employer,
- To make suggestions to the employer about the health and safety measures to be taken as a result of the risk assessment and to follow up,
- To monitor the working environment, to plan the periodic maintenance, controls and measurements that must be done in accordance with the occupational health and safety legislation in the workplace and to control their applications,
- To work on the planning of occupational health and safety training of employees in accordance with the relevant legislation, presenting it to the employer’s approval and making or controlling its applications,
- To evaluate work accidents and occupational diseases together with the workplace doctor, to prepare the necessary preventive action plans by examining and researching to prevent the dangerous event from recurring, and to follow up the practices,
Required Qualifications:
- To graduated from Engineering and/or Occupational Health and Safety Undergraduate departments of universities,
- To have ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards training certificates and practiced,
- To have internal auditor competency and certificate,
- To able to use MS Office programs very well, skilled in data analysis and reporting,
- Preferably have a Class C Occupational Safety Specialist certificate,
- Preferably with experience in Production, Electricity sector,
- To have knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation in field applications,
- Strong communication aspect and result oriented,
- Like to work in a team,
- Planning and leadership skills,
- To have completed his military service,
- 3 years of experience.
