Aktif Prefabricated Concrete Kiosks are manufactured in accordance with IEC 62271-202 Standard and TEDAŞ-MLZ/2006-052.A Regulation up to 2500 kVA transformer power.

Prefabricated concrete kiosks which are actively used in medium voltage networks, offer optimum solutions for electrical distribution systems, factories, hospitals, energy generation plants, renewable energy power plants and port operations as distribution or transformer substations. They can be fully integrated with Aktif Brand air insulated SME, SNC and SMC series switchgears or gas insulated AGIS and ARMU switchgears. It also provides special usage opportunities for low voltage AC/DC panels, protection and control panels, generator and compensation systems, control and signaling centers and motor supply panels.

They are more useful structures that can be used instead of old type knitted distribution/transformer buildings.

Roof, floor and walls are manufactured by concrete blocks. It is easily shipped in pieces and assembled on a specially prepared pavilion floor on site. Thanks to this flexible structure, the desired dimensions can be easily achieved. The compressive strength class of the ready-mixed concrete is C35 and it is manufactured in a structure that will adapt to the environment in which it will be used. They have IP23D protection class against water and dust. Concrete Substations can be naturally ventilated or equipped with fans and air conditioners suitable for the project. Exterior wall surfaces are painted with grained exterior paint as standard in RAL 9001 color code and doors are painted in RAL 7035 color code. Different color options are also offered to our customers according to project demands.

How many meters are the SPK series prefabricated concrete kiosks manufactured maximum?

SPK series prefabricated concrete kiosks are produced for use in the domestic market in the form of concrete blocks with standard height and width dimensions defined in Tedaş MYD up to 30 meters. Static calculations up to 30 meters and temperature rise tests are available according to 2500 kVA. Installations are made on site by Aktif personnel.
