Aktif Prefabricated Concrete Kiosks are manufactured in accordance with the IEC 62271-202 Standard and TEDAŞ-MLZ/2006-052.A Specification, supporting transformer capacities up to 2500 kVA.

These prefabricated concrete kiosks are actively used in medium voltage networks and offer optimum solutions for electrical distribution systems, including factories, hospitals, power generation plants, renewable energy plants, and port operations. They can be fully integrated with Aktif brand air-insulated SME, SNC, and SMC series switchgears or gas-insulated AGIS and ARMU switchgears. Additionally, they offer special application opportunities for low voltage AC/DC panels, protection and control panels, generator and compensation systems, control and signaling centers, and motor control centers.

They are a more practical replacement for old-style masonry distribution/transformer buildings.

The roof, base floor, and walls are produced as concrete blocks. These components are easily transported and assembled on-site over a specially prepared kiosk foundation. Thanks to their modular structure, they can be manufactured in custom dimensions with ease. The ready-mix concrete used is of C35 compressive strength class, designed to adapt to environmental conditions. The kiosks have a protection rating of IP23D, offering resistance against water and dust. Ventilation can be achieved naturally or enhanced with fans and air conditioners according to the project requirements. The outer wall surfaces are painted with textured exterior paint in RAL 9001, while the doors are painted in RAL 7035. Other color options are available upon customer request.

How many meters are the SPK series prefabricated concrete kiosks manufactured maximum?

SPK series prefabricated concrete kiosks are produced for use in the domestic market in the form of concrete blocks with standard height and width dimensions defined in Tedaş MYD up to 30 meters. Static calculations up to 30 meters and temperature rise tests are available according to 2500 kVA. Installations are made on site by Aktif personnel.
