MV Switchgears are designed, manufactured and tested for switching, protection and control purposes in alternating current systems from 1 kV to 52 kV according to the IEC 62271-200 standard and Tedaş MYD. In addition, medium voltage switchgears  provide to control an  use the energy. MV switchgears are responsible for cutting the current of the system in case of sudden current increase and short circuit.

MV Metal Enclosed Switchgears are manufactured up to 40.5 kV, 1250 A, 25 kA/1s electrical values with LSC-2A service continuity, PI partitioning, AFL internal arc classification, IP 3X protection class, 3 independent accessible sections. according to IEC 62271-200 standard and TEDAŞ-MYD/95-007.E.

Metal Enclosed Switchgears offer fast and safe operation as well as the advantage of being easily integrated into existing systems thanks to their modular structure. It is also preferred because it is more economical than Metal Clad Switchgear type.

Metal Enclosed Switchgears are used in sectors such as buildings, distribution, factories, hospitals, industrial zones, power generation plants, mining and harbour.

MV Metal Clad Switchgears are manufactured up to 40.5 kV, 4000 A, 40 kA/3s electrical values with LSC-2B service continuity, PM partitioning, AFLR internal arc classification, IP 4X protection class, 4/5 independent accessible sections according to IEC 62271-200 standard and TEDAŞ-MYD/95-007.E.

Metal Clad Switchgears are used which require a high level of security and energy continuity in sectors such as in buildings, energy transmission – distribution centers, factories, hospitals, power generation plants, industrial zones, renewable energy plants, iron and steel industry, pipelines, electrochemical facilities, rail systems, mines, rolling mills, oil and gas sector, automotive and harbour.
